As part of our ongoing programme to enhance your stay at The Mount Edgcumbe Hotel, we have installed a wireless network system providing free broadband internet access to hotel guests. This facility is ideal for business guests.

In order to make use of the free broadband internet access you will require your own laptop, and have a wireless network interface card.

Our wireless network is accessible from most rooms, the bar, brasserie/ restaurant, club edgcumbe and external garden areas, allowing you to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine whilst browsing the internet or catching up on your email. Please enquire at the Bar or reception for the current access code.

This facility is also available if you are staging a conference or function at The Mount Edgcumbe

** Please advise us if you wish to make use of the free broadband internet access in your room when making your reservation as not all rooms have strong constant signal within the range of our wireless network.

As this is a free service we regret we are unable to provide support in the use of our free broadband internet access and accept no liability for the loss or damage of data or equipment either directly or indirectly through the use of this service. We do not allow “computer” experts to alter any of our computers / software etc, as in the past these experts have totally screwed the system, and rendered the Wifi in operable. Our Bar & waiting staff are not Computer Programmers / analysts, so cannot offer advice as regards your computer set up or connection. They are only be authorised to issue over the access passwords.
