There are seasonal variations, and also Dietary requirements,
so it may be advantageous for the Organiser to Speak with our chef, to work through
the Menu.
The function Organiser selects 4 choices from Starters and Mains from
our Selection of Dishes. We will then provide them with a Printed Menu, also available
in Email format to distribute to members of the party. At this point we provide
the Organiser with a menu Choice Sheet to complete with the Menu choices for their
Guests, this is then returned around 3 working days before the function.
