To play  on the Pub and Bar Circuit you need audiences, and also a following or at least people who recognise your name or your Music.

The Mount Edgcumbe together with some of  their Musical Colleagues now give artists  the opportunity to play live in front of an audience, for a 15 - 20 minute set.     This is NOT a Jam Night, this is NOT Karaoke, it is a way of  new Talent getting introduced onto the Music Scene in Tunbridge Wells.

So in light of this we have New Music Nights which are hosted by some of the more popular musicians around Tunbridge Wells, these include the Pete Taylor from the Harveys, Paul Whitehorne, Gez  Gold.

These nights are now even in their first year although in their infancy are becoming popular  running regularly on the 3rd Sunday of every month.     Please approach the “Hosts” for the night you would like the opportunity to play (not the Mount Edgcumbe)
